• Documented the tag's input and output variables (found inside the tag).
• Removed a couple of initialized variables that weren't used in the tag's final version.
• Tag now rounds the sale amount up to the next highest whole dollar to help ensure that the shipping charge returned doesn't contain a fractional amount (i.e. a $3.456 shipping charge).
• Made some minor cosmetic revisions to the admin utility.
