Yes.

You can set AMPro to behave either in pass-through mode, or to refuse any attempt to link directly to an interior page and silently dump the user to your home page when such an attempt by an uncredentialed user occurs.

An example of a pass-through is where a user is given a link to a protected page; perhaps in an email message. 

The desired behavior is for the user to click the link, whereupon they will be transported to your site and be shown the username/password login screen.  Once they input the appropriate credentials they pass through to the page they are trying to link to.
